At Imagination Station Indoor Playground, safety is our highest priority. Our rules are designed to protect children, support parents, babysitters, and kids’ caretakers, and ensure that everyone enjoys a clean, respectful, and fun environment. By entering our facility, all guests agree to follow the rules listed below.

GENERAL FACILITY RULES

For the Comfort and Well-Being of All Guests

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for children and adults:

• All children must be accompanied by a parent, babysitter, or kids’ caretaker at all times.

• Adults are responsible for supervising the children in their care unless the child is participating in a staff-led program or birthday activity.

• No outside shoes are permitted inside the play areas.

• Socks are required for both adults and children at all times (no exceptions).

• No rough housing, pushing, or unsafe play behaviors.

• No running in non-designated areas or near seating zones.

• All food and drinks must stay in designated eating areas.

• Diaper changes must be done in the restrooms—never inside the play zones.

• Please keep walkways, entrances, and exits clear at all times.

Guests who do not follow these rules may be asked to leave without a refund.

HEALTH & HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS

Keeping Our Playground Clean and Sanitized

For the health and comfort of all families:

• Children or adults who are sick (fever, cough, vomiting, rashes, flu-like symptoms) may not enter the facility.

• Hands should be washed or sanitized before entering the playground.

• Please report spills or accidents immediately so staff can sanitize the area.

• Our staff sanitizes play structures and common areas throughout the day, but we ask all adults to help maintain cleanliness by supervising proper behavior.

• No chewing gum is allowed.

These measures help us maintain one of the cleanest indoor playground environments in our community.

TODDLER ZONE RULES

Safe, Soft, and Designed for Little Ones

Our Toddler Zone is created specifically for younger children and requires extra care:

• Only toddlers and early walkers may use this zone.

• Older children are not permitted in the Toddler Zone.

• Parents, babysitters, and kids’ caretakers must remain within arm’s reach of toddlers at all times.

• No running, climbing over barriers, or rough play is allowed here.

This area is designed to be calm, safe, and age-appropriate for your smallest explorers.

ACTIVE PLAY AREA RULES

Fun and Safe Play for Bigger Kids

Our active play structures are built for imagination, exploration, and movement. To keep this area safe:

• Children must use equipment in the manner it was designed.

• No climbing on outside walls or support structures.

• No jumping from elevated platforms.

• Slide feet-first only; one child at a time.

• Respect others’ space and wait your turn when areas are crowded.

Our staff monitors this area, but adults must still supervise the children they brought.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY

Help Us Keep the Play Areas Clean

• Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed in play zones.

• Drinks and snacks must remain in designated tables and party areas.

• Please throw away trash promptly and keep tables tidy for incoming families.

Cleanliness keeps our facility safe and enjoyable for everyone.

EQUIPMENT & PERSONAL ITEMS

Respect the Space, Respect Others

• Do not bring toys, sharp objects, or personal play items into the playground.

• Large bags should be stored away from play areas to avoid tripping hazards.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

• Strollers must remain outside the play areas unless otherwise permitted.

BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT

A Respectful Community Experience

We maintain a caring, welcoming, family-friendly environment:

• Bullying, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct is not tolerated.

• Offensive language or inappropriate behavior by adults will result in removal.

• Photography or videos of other families without consent is prohibited.

• Treat staff and fellow guests with respect and kindness.

Our mission is to make Imagination Station a supportive environment for all children and adults.

SAFETY WAIVER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Entry Constitutes Agreement

By entering the facility, you acknowledge:

• All play involves inherent risks

• You accept responsibility for supervising children in your care

• You release Imagination Station from liability related to injury or accidental damage

• Staff may obtain emergency medical care if required

• All guests must follow posted rules for the safety of the community

Our trained staff members monitor play areas and are available to:
