Welcome to Imagination Station Indoor Playground (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website, booking a service, or visiting our facility, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of Our Facility

Imagination Station Indoor Playground is a family-friendly environment designed for children, parents, babysitters, and kids’ caretakers. By entering our facility, you agree to:

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

• Supervise all children in your care unless the child is participating in a staff-led program or party

• Ensure all children and adults wear socks at all times inside the play area

• Use all equipment safely and appropriately

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the facility without refund.

2. Liability Waiver

Entry into the facility constitutes acceptance of our Liability Waiver. By visiting Imagination Station Indoor Playground, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical play.

You agree that:

• You assume full responsibility for any child in your care

• You release Imagination Station Indoor Playground, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all claims related to injury, accidents, or property damage

• You authorize staff to obtain emergency medical care if needed and accept responsibility for related costs

• The facility is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings

If you do not agree to the waiver, please do not enter the facility.

3. Health & Safety Policies

To ensure a safe environment for all guests:

• Socks are required for all children and adults—no exceptions

• No outside shoes allowed in play zones

• No sick children or adults permitted inside the facility

• No rough play, running in restricted areas, or misuse of equipment

• Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas

We reserve the right to deny entry or ask guests to leave if safety rules are not followed.

4. Admission & Payment Policies

General Admission

Admission fees must be paid before entering the play area. Prices are subject to change without notice.

​

Punch Cards & Game Cards

Punch cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost cards cannot be replaced.
Game card credits (“Flames”) have no cash value and are non-refundable.

Birthday Parties & Event Reservations

To reserve a party:

• A non-refundable deposit is required

• Final payment is due on or before the event date

• Minimum of 10 children per package unless otherwise stated

• Additional adults or children may incur extra fees

Changes or cancellations must be requested in writing. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify guest counts, space allocation, or party timing based on safety and capacity limits.

5. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the website accurate, but we do not guarantee completeness or error-free content.

6. Online Bookings & Transactions

When booking through our website:

• You must provide accurate information

• You authorize Imagination Station to process your payment

• You agree that all sales, deposits, and reservations are final unless otherwise stated

We may cancel bookings due to system errors, safety concerns, or policy violations.

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you for:

• Booking confirmations

• Event updates

• Payment reminders

• Safety or policy notices

• Promotional offers (you may opt out at any time)

8. Prohibited Conduct

While inside the facility or using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in unsafe or harmful behavior

• Bring weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous items

• Harass, threaten, or behave aggressively toward other guests or staff

• Engage in photography or videography of other families without consent

We reserve the right to remove any person violating these conditions.

All logos, trademarks, text, images, and website content are the property of Imagination Station Indoor Playground. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
